Can You Feature My Art?
We are currently accepting submissions for all visual artists. If you submit examples of work that we feel would be a good fit for our project we will make you a custom page that will link back to social media profiles and other sites where you have your art showcased.
Can You Sell My Art?
We are currently not processing the direct sales for any visual artists’ work submitted. We are accepting submissions for art features on the site. If your art is selected to be showcased on our platform we can link to your personal sales profile(s) (such as on Etsy or any other page where you’ve set up sales of the work).
Are You Signing Musicians?
We are currently not offering recording deals. We are however accepting music submissions from artists of various genres. We take the time to listen to every track submitted to us and will offer select artists a chance at receiving a custom page on Madrigal Records along with your music being featured directly on the site.
Can You Get Me on iTunes?
In short yes. Madrigal Records helps recording artists reach distribution goals by helping them upload music for sales and streaming across professional platforms including iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify, Google Play, Pandora, & many more. Music submitted for consideration should be of the highest quality possible and will be listened to and approved by an on-staff team member.
I haven't received my order confirmation. What can I do?
The order confirmation email is sent to your email within 24 hours upon checkout. Please try to check your spam or trash folder as it may end up there as well. If you would like us to resend the confirmation email simply request it from [email protected]
Am I eligible for an item exchange?
You may request for a replacement if any of the following apply
- You received a damaged item.
- Item received is different from what was ordered.
- Item was a different size than what was described.
How long until my product is shipped?
Because most of our products we offer are collected from artisans who’ve worked to create handmade artistry they will typically take between 2-3 days to ship out.
U.S - What is the estimated delivery date (ETA)?
For our most popular items shipping within the United States usually takes 7-10 business days from shipping date to arrive. For items that we that are not on our preferred list will take 2-3 weeks from shipping date.
International - What is the estimated delivery date (ETA)?
For addresses outside of the United States parcels may take up to 4-5 weeks before delivery depending on clearance from customs. We will provide a tracking number as soon as it is available.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover, and PayPal.

We Do Not Tolerate Spam
